Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ETL pipelines for healthcare data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of ETL pipelines to ensure data consistency and scalability.
• Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to align on data requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.
• Resolve ELT process issues to maintain data integrity and minimize disruptions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in cloud-native data engineering.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, and DBT.
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare payor domain.
• Expertise in data modeling for Snowflake Data Warehouses.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, data security, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with data governance and healthcare-related data processing.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse technical teams.
