Description

You will lead a team of Data Engineers to deliver scalable data solutions, owning the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines and data architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers to ensure delivery of reliable data solutions.
• Design and build scalable batch and real-time data processing workflows using Python, Java, or Scala.
• Develop and maintain data lakes, warehouses, and centralized data platforms integrating multiple sources.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation to ensure pipeline reliability.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows and enforce data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or similar distributed processing frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MySQL and relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data lake/warehouse technologies.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for analytics and machine learning initiatives.
