Description

You will own the design and implementation of data integration solutions for contact center data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and transform contact center data into consumption-ready datasets incorporating KPIs, metrics, attributes, and hierarchies.
• Design and deploy data integration solutions utilizing web services with client-driven workflows.
• Support and maintain standardized data sets for enterprise consumption.
• Troubleshoot complex data pipeline issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience transforming and integrating large datasets.
• Expertise in PySpark and Python for data processing.
• Experience with AWS and Databricks environments.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to design data integration solutions using web services.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
