Description

You will design and build complex data integration solutions for large-scale data warehousing and analytics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and design complex data integration solutions with stakeholder input.
• Develop and deploy scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate and transform contact center data into consumption-ready datasets.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines for optimal data retrieval.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience integrating and transforming contact center data.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud-based data engineering, specifically AWS and Databricks.
• Expertise in designing data integration solutions using web services.
• Strong skills in RDBMS platforms, including Oracle and SQLServer.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and security.
• Experience with code repository tools like GitHub and project tools like Jira.
