Responsibilities

• Design and test data pipelines and ETL jobs for Salesforce systems.
• Guide the team on data migration strategies from legacy systems.
• Analyze and improve data quality and cleansing processes.
• Interface with technical anchors within the CRM space.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce and SQL querying.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data migration.
• Experience diagnosing and tuning database performance issues.
• Proven ability to automate data cleansing processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience handling data dictionaries and dashboards.
