Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions for analytics and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Lead data projects and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to meet complex data requirements.
• Optimize data systems for analytics and reporting performance.
• Ensure data quality and operational reliability in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years focused on big data processing.
• Expert proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience building data lakes using Iceberg format.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, specifically Informatica.
• Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, EMR, and Airflow.
• Experience managing Postgres databases.
• Familiarity with BASH/Shell scripting.
• Proven experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience leading technical data teams using Agile methodologies.
