Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and models using advanced Snowflake engineering techniques.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement ELT/ETL workflows, orchestration, and data quality frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner with data architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet performance and governance requirements.
• Optimize Snowflake compute usage, performance, and secure data access models.
• Mentor junior engineers and support code reviews, testing strategy, and operational handoffs.
• Guide teams toward high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, and SQL optimization.
• Expert-level Snowflake experience, including tuning, workload management, and complex query optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python for data engineering tasks.
• Experience implementing ELT orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in cloud data platforms and data quality tooling.

• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams toward high-quality, scalable data solutions.
