Description

You will design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark. You will own the implementation of the Lakehouse architecture, managing data flow from Bronze to Gold layers. You will write advanced SQL for querying and view creation. You will develop analytical data models to support business intelligence needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop PySpark-based data pipelines on the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Implement and maintain Bronze–Silver–Gold data architecture patterns.
• Write advanced SQL queries and create optimized views for data access.
• Design and build analytical data models for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across the engineering stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Proven experience developing data pipelines using Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and view creation.
• Experience with analytical data modeling techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
