Description

Lead data migration and pipeline architecture within a GCP environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data from SQL Server and on-premises environments to BigQuery.
• Build scalable ETL pipelines using Airflow, Python, or Spark.
• Analyze and redesign existing SSIS packages.
• Integrate APIs and manage large-scale IoT streaming data.
• Develop scheduled queries, views, and stored procedure alternatives in BigQuery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration.
• Experience with DBT for data transformation.
• Working knowledge of Java and Spark.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Degree in any field of study.
