Description

You will lead a team of data engineers to design and manage complex data integration and ETL processes in the reinsurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver data solutions.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced analytical problem-solving.
• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) techniques for incremental data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with business requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines within the reinsurance and insurance domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure data services: Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Strong experience with SSIS.
• Knowledge of Data Fabric architectures and Azure Data Lake.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps.
• Familiarity with RESTful API and API integrations.
• Ability to use Power BI for creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of reinsurance/insurance domain processes like risk modeling and claims analysis.
