Description

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable data architectures and pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of batch and streaming data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Create efficient data models and manage modeling standards for structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency while resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Define the technical strategy for adopting cloud platforms and modern technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Azure Cloud expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency with Azure SQL and Synapse.
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers.
