Description

You will lead the engineering of hybrid on-premises and AWS cloud-native data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution through iterative development, software craft, and automation.
• Solve complex technical and data challenges across hybrid environments.
• Design and implement scalable data models and schema structures.
• Lead large-scale initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development leading large-scale initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
• Expertise in GraphQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with RDBMS such as Aurora and Postgres.
• Experience with in-memory data stores like Redis and MemoryDB.
• Proficiency in data modeling, performance optimization, and data migration.
• Experience with BPMN workflow solutions like Camunda.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud-native technology stacks and Kafka.
• Background in Domain Driven Design and designing customer domains for large enterprises.
• Prior experience in leadership and mentorship.
