Description

You will lead enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering initiatives within a hybrid Snowflake and AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for multiple Snowflake-based data initiatives.
• Architect and build scalable Snowflake data pipelines and physical implementations from conceptual models.
• Guide and mentor a team of Snowflake and ETL engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Domain Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Optimize pipeline performance and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of IT experience with a focus on data engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Snowflake architecture, implementation, and pipeline optimization.
• Advanced SQL and DDL scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowpipe and ingestion frameworks.
• Proficiency with AWS and Snowflake.
• Strong data modeling skills including 3NF and dimensional modeling.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks, Python, Oracle, Azure, or Erwin.
• CBIP certification.
