Description

Lead data integration initiatives, designing and optimizing ETL workflows and data models for Snowflake.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Design robust data models with a strong understanding of facts and dimensions in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Lead data migration and integration projects to move legacy data systems to Snowflake.
• Partner with line-of-business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities where data engineering delivers measurable value.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, using data to drive insights and business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL.
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter and IICS).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing and optimizing solutions in Snowflake.
• Strong foundation in data warehouse design, focusing on dimensional modeling.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience writing business process and technical documentation.
