Good to Have Skills: Experience with FinOps, Data Governance & Quality frameworks, Lakehouse architecture, retail network platforms, high-traffic digital channels, sub-second latency optimization, and AI-ready platform engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and architecture of the v2.0 intelligence layer on the Lakehouse platform.
• Standardize MLOps processes and expand Agentic AI capabilities across the platform.
• Ensure the platform delivers sub-second latency across tens of thousands of retail stores.
• Function as a builder-leader responsible for managing, architecting, and performing code reviews.
• Actively contribute to development alongside the team of platform engineers.
• Collaborate closely with other AVPs as part of the unified leadership team.
• Oversee the transition and management of data engineers within the platform group.
• Drive platform operations and ensure optimal performance across high-traffic digital channels.

Experience Required: 14–20 years total experience with 8–12 years specifically in Data/ML Platform Engineering. Minimum 10+ years of overall experience required
