We are seeking a high-impact Lead Data Modeler to spearhead our data architecture and modeling initiatives. In this leadership role, you will design scalable data structures, translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints, and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1. Data Architecture & Design
Lead the design and implementation of conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Develop scalable and high-performance data architecture frameworks

2. Table & Schema Design
Create and maintain efficient table schemas
Define primary and foreign keys
Enforce relational integrity and data governance standards

3. Technical Leadership
Oversee the complete data modeling lifecycle
Mentor junior team members
Establish and enforce modeling standards, best practices, and documentation protocols

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with data engineers, solution architects, and business analysts
Align data models with enterprise analytics, reporting, and operational goals

5. Performance Optimization
Identify bottlenecks and optimize data systems
Ensure speed, scalability, reliability, and security of data platforms

Technical Expertise
Expert SQL: Advanced proficiency in complex queries, performance tuning, and database optimization

Advanced Data Modeling: Strong experience in:
Dimensional Modeling (Kimball methodology)
3NF (Third Normal Form)
Tools such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, or ER/Studio

Data Warehousing: Strong understanding of:
ETL processes
Data lakes
Modern data warehouse architectures
Cloud & Platforms

Hands-on working knowledge of:
AWS
Snowflake
Google BigQuery
Analytical Skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
8+ years of data modeling experience
Minimum 3 years in a lead or senior capacity preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms
Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in Bangalore office
