About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Lead Data Modeler to drive enterprise data architecture and modeling initiatives. This leadership role involves designing scalable data structures, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

You will mentor a team of data modelers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptual, logical & physical data modeling
Design scalable data architecture frameworks
Define table schemas, PK/FK & enforce data governance
Oversee complete data modeling lifecycle
Mentor team members & enforce best practices
Collaborate with data engineers & business stakeholders
Optimize performance, scalability & reliability

Required Skills

Expert SQL (complex queries & performance tuning)
Advanced Data Modeling – Kimball, 3NF
Tools: ERwin / PowerDesigner / ER Studio
Strong knowledge of ETL & Data Warehousing
Hands-on with AWS / Snowflake / Google BigQuery
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

👤 Ideal Candidate

8+ years of data modeling experience
3+ years in Lead/Senior capacity preferred
Enterprise-scale data platform experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
