Description

You will lead enterprise data architecture and modeling initiatives, designing scalable structures and ensuring data integrity across systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling efforts.
• Design scalable data architecture frameworks and define table schemas with PK/FK constraints.
• Oversee the complete data modeling lifecycle and enforce data governance standards.
• Mentor data modelers and establish best practices for the team.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Expert SQL with complex query writing and performance tuning.
• Advanced data modeling techniques including Kimball and 3NF.
• Proficiency in modeling tools: ERwin, PowerDesigner, or ER Studio.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms: AWS, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
• 7+ years of data modeling experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in an enterprise-scale environment.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years in a Lead or Senior capacity.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
