Description

Lead technical and functional operations for assigned customers, driving automation and platform stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical and functional aspects for customers, including leading independent calls and managing escalations.
• Resolve JIRA tickets and implement requested enhancements within the team scope.
• Manage platform upgrades, QA processes, and regional automation initiatives from inception to closure.
• Lead team scrum sessions, effort estimation, backup planning, and rostering.
• Create technical documentation to convert tacit knowledge into implicit knowledge and improve team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data operations or similar roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data analysis and report creation.
• Strong experience with ETL processes and Python scripting.
• Hands-on experience in Unix environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA for ticket management and workflow tracking.
• Ability to manage team scrum sessions and prioritize business impact.
• Experience creating customer presentations and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Participation in hiring processes.
• Acting as regional SEM backup.
