Define enterprise data platform strategy, integrate acquired systems, and build scalable analytics infrastructure for cross-functional visibility.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide data platform strategy, including business systems architecture and integration frameworks.
• Lead M&A systems integration, establishing repeatable playbooks for CRM consolidation, ERP harmonization, and data migration.
• Build enterprise-grade data foundations enabling cross-functional visibility across GTM, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Drive data quality, governance, lineage, and operational trust across platforms while mentoring architecture and data teams.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and turn technical debt into scalable operational capabilities supporting organizational growth.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, or Business Systems Integration.
• Proven experience scaling systems in high-growth SaaS, PE-backed, or acquisition-heavy environments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystems.
• Experience with Netsuite, DealHub, or Subskribe.
• Expertise in data warehousing, analytics platforms, API integrations, and middleware.
• Demonstrated experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, or Workato.
• Experience building operational reporting and enterprise visibility platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving.
