Description

You will lead model validation and development efforts within the consumer and commercial banking sectors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct validations of various models used across the organization.
• Mentor junior team members to foster technical growth and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, quantify, and mitigate model risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret results and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BFSI analytics, model development, validation, or implementation.
• Mandatory experience in credit risk model development.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL coding.
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, ensemble techniques, and deep learning.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising projects and managing team members.
• Understanding of key business and risk KPIs for retail banking products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory modeling such as ECL, Stress testing, and IFRS9.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
