Description

You lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and Generative AI applications.
• Lead data-driven strategies to solve complex business challenges.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, from data engineering to production deployment.
• Drive innovation in LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.
• Mentor engineers and oversee technical execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in data science or engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, distributed computing, and scalable architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced optimization techniques.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production at scale.
