Description

You will lead independent validations of traditional and Generative AI models across financial domains including credit risk, marketing, fraud, and AML.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough validations of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive validation projects by conceptualizing, planning, and executing implementation strategies.
• Develop policies for AI practices and model risk management to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Design and execute model testing and monitoring processes.
• Mentor team members and oversee project workflows to build technical expertise within the team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in model validation or Model Risk Management, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Expertise in AI techniques including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI.
• Experience supervising projects and managing stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations regarding AI, credit risk, and fraud models.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience developing, validating, or implementing Gen AI models.
• Prior regulatory modeling experience including ECL, Stress testing, or CECL/IFRS9.
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP and AWS.
