Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and scalable MLOps pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement MLOps pipelines using Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD workflows.
• Design and deploy LLM-based solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Drive technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and code reviews for the team.
• Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop insightful dashboards in Power BI for model monitoring and business reporting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Software Development, and Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem, including Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Spark, and distributed data processing.
• Deep knowledge of LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Solid foundation in MLOps, model monitoring, drift detection, and pipeline automation.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Power BI for visualization.
