Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead data science projects by defining modeling approaches, success metrics, and experimentation plans.
• Develop and validate machine learning solutions using Python, ensuring robust evaluation and reproducibility.
• Work with structured data using SQL to extract, transform, and support model training and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate model insights, trade-offs, and expected impact.
• Drive best practices in statistics, model monitoring readiness, and documentation for production handoff.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in data science and applied machine learning
• Strong experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
