Responsibilities

• Develop and validate machine learning solutions using Python, ensuring robust evaluation and reproducibility.
• Work with structured data using SQL to extract, transform, and support model training and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate model insights, trade-offs, and expected impact.
• Drive best practices in statistics, model monitoring readiness, and documentation for production handoff.
• Lead data science initiatives from concept through production deployment.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in data science and applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
