Description

You will lead the vision and strategy for AI and Data Science while developing advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models including LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs.
• Build new AI agents to drive efficiencies within the Data & Analytics ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including defining technical requirements, resource planning, and analytical solution design.
• Coach and mentor junior and intermediate data scientists to improve technical skill sets and career development.
• Partner with product teams to bring new products to market using Generative AI and advanced modeling techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data science experience in large data environments.
• Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or SAS.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and algorithms.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical vision and working with senior leadership.
• Practical experience with LLMs, neural networks (LSTM, RNN), regression, clustering, and decision trees.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms and simulation techniques.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services, credit, telecommunications, or utilities.
• Experience working with credit or fraud data.
• Knowledge of prompting optimization, Generative AI, and Agent development.
• Master’s level degree in a business-related field or MBA.
