Description

You will lead the AI data science vision and strategy, developing advanced models to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs.
  • Develop AI agents to drive efficiencies within the data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines for model training and deployment.
  • Manage end-to-end projects, including requirement definition, resource planning, and analytical solution design.
  • Coach and mentor junior and intermediate data scientists to improve technical skill sets.
  • Contribute to best practices for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of data science experience in a large data environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or SAS.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and algorithms.
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical vision and working with senior leadership.
  • Practical experience with regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks (LSTM, RNN).
  • Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms and LLMs.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with prompting optimization, Generative AI, and Agent development.
  • Background in financial services, credit, telecommunications, or utilities.
  • Experience working with credit or fraud data.
  • Master’s level degree in a business-related field or MBA.
