Description

You will lead data-driven initiatives to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and profitability through deep qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from marketing, product, and strategy teams into actionable analytical solutions.
• Clean and analyze large user datasets using statistical methods to drive forecasting and decision-making.
• Perform data profiling and quality analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential business impacts.
• Manage data governance, documentation, and the implementation of data science tool stacks.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure to fill reporting gaps and ensure data integrity across functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles such as Kimball and Star Schema.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Mode Analytics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in data modeling and managing data warehouses.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with feature engineering, supervised learning models, and building ETL pipelines.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
