You will design, build, and optimize data models and infrastructure to enable analysis-driven decision making and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytic understanding of product to deliver optimization across user acquisition, engagement, and profitability.
• Clean and analyze user datasets to identify trends and patterns using statistical methods for forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Conduct data profiling and quality analysis to identify reporting gaps and maintain data documentation.
• Implement data governance best practices and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep experience with modern data warehouses including Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles such as Kimball and Star Schema.
• Experience with ETL processes and building data infrastructure.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Mode Analytics.
• Ability to manage data science tool stacks and cloud-based data warehouses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with feature engineering and supervised learning models.
• Background in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
