Description

You will lead a team of Decision Scientists and own the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytical solutions, including machine learning models and Agentic AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Decision Scientists, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous upskilling.
• Build and manage complex analytical datasets by integrating multiple data sources while ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Develop and deploy statistical and ML models for forecasting, optimization, clustering, NLP, and decision intelligence.
• Write structured, modular, and reusable code using Python, SQL, and Spark, maintaining documentation via GitHub/Wikis.
• Create impactful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics.
• Strong foundation in applied mathematics and statistical techniques: regression, design of experiments, decision trees, forecasting, optimization, clustering, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint for business reporting.
• Experience with version control tools like GitHub.
• Proven experience in building scalable ML models and analytics solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
