You will lead complex AI projects and drive the development of generative AI solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) while optimizing prompt engineering techniques.
• Build and deploy complex NLP applications using LangChain and integrated APIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams from project inception through to production deployment.
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for AI and machine learning.
• Conduct extensive data analysis to support model development and business problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science with a focus on AI and NLP.
• Expertise in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and language model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in LangChain and building NLP applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of algorithms, ML, and data analysis.
• Ability to deploy AI solutions in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies including Spark and Hadoop.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Contributions to AI/ML research communities.
