Description

You will lead the design and deployment of machine learning models for forecasting, pricing optimization, and inventory planning. You own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from problem definition to production deployment, while mentoring junior team members.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ML models for demand forecasting, price optimization, and supply chain planning.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL to support analytics and modeling.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Mentor junior data scientists on best practices in modeling and code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Statsmodels.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, and time series forecasting.
• Domain expertise in demand forecasting, price optimization, or inventory/supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on business impact.
