Description

You own the development and implementation of advanced AI and data solutions, including RAG architectures and real-time streaming pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate them with enterprise data infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time data streaming pipelines using GCP, Vertex AI, S3, or AWS Bedrock.
• Develop data domains and data products for Reporting, Data Science, AI/ML, and Analytics consumption archetypes.
• Ensure pipeline reliability, availability, and scalability through monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Mentor junior team members and drive adoption of best practices for high-quality data and AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in GenAI Data Science.
• Expertise in Python, including functional programming paradigms, dependency management, and Git version control.
• Experience with sequential algorithms (LSTM, RNN, Transformer) and generative algorithms (GAN, VAE).
• Proficiency with Bedrock, JumpStart, and HuggingFace.
• Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and transfer learning.
• Experience with pre-trained models (LLaMa, SAM).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and control for ethical implications of AI (e.g., red-teaming).
• Experience developing models from inception through to deployment.
• Familiarity with Spark, AWS, and Data Science/AI/ML practices.
