Description

Lead end-to-end data science projects from business requirement gathering through to model deployment and insight delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-lifecycle projects including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and predictive model validation.
• Apply ML and DL techniques (regression, classification, clustering, tree-based algorithms, SVM, neural networks, recommender systems) to solve business problems.
• Develop new data sources and fine-tune model parameters to improve existing methodologies.
• Automate processes to ensure solution scalability by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Coach junior data scientists and present technical insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience deploying data science projects.
• 7+ years of professional coding experience in Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Business Analytics).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM, GenAI, and Databricks.
• Domain knowledge in Automotive, Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Transformation.
