Description

You will lead the design and delivery of advanced generative and agentic AI solutions, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize multi-agent workflows using LangChain and Google ADK.
• Design governance and evaluation frameworks to ensure system security, reliability, and traceability, leveraging tools like LangFuse.
• Translate product vision into technical implementation plans in partnership with Product teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of GenAI capabilities, including RAG pipelines and advanced prompt engineering.
• Assess and escalate risks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in data science and GenAI/agentic AI delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Python for building and optimizing AI solutions.
• Proven experience building generative AI and agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures.
• End-to-end experience with RAG or advanced prompt engineering frameworks such as LangChain or Google ADK.
• Familiarity with evaluation and governance practices for AI systems.
• Data science leadership capability with a strong technical delivery background.

Preferred Skills

• Data analytics experience and strong data fundamentals.
• Exposure to Google-based GenAI tooling and development.
