Description

You will lead data science initiatives, owning the lifecycle of predictive models from concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end predictive modeling and production ML implementation.
• Develop feature engineering pipelines, define KPIs, and monitor model performance.
• Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and present to executive leadership.
• Provide technical mentorship and lead data science efforts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong background in statistics and applied modeling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Snowflake.
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Required experience with GBMs, NLP, and LLMs.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with R.
