Description

You will lead the development and productionalization of machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems involving terabytes of data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Solve real-world business problems by processing and analyzing large-scale datasets from various sources.
• Execute data extraction, munging, and the application of machine learning techniques to build production-ready solutions.
• Iterate and optimize analytics and ML products to support data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively investigate, report, and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across AMER and EMEA regions to resolve ambiguity.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of hands-on experience with complex SQL queries and data munging.
• 6-7 years of deep machine learning expertise.
• Expertise in Python, specifically with machine learning libraries.
• Experience using both open-source and proprietary LLMs.
• Proven experience building Q&A models using RAG and fine-tuning LLMs beyond prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated success implementing ML solutions in 3-5 real-life analytics projects.
• Solid fundamentals in supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms, including classifiers, cluster analysis, regression, and time series forecasting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Langchain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• Understanding of LLM Ops.
