Description

You will own the full AI development lifecycle, partnering with product leadership to drive projects from requirements gathering through to production deployment in on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end model development, including data sourcing, proof-of-concept builds, risk reviews, and deployment.
• Apply automation techniques to streamline manual processes, improving accuracy and building scalable, self-service tools.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership, proactively escalating risks, blockers, and resource needs.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies into workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of enterprise Data Science experience.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP accepted).
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (e.g., Llama, Claude, Titan).
• Experience with LangChain-style frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Spark and modern data science tools.
• Knowledge of model orchestration, serverless compute, and cloud data services.

Preferred Skills

• PhD or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
