Description

Lead the data science team to advance enterprise analytics capabilities and own the end-to-end model development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the full model development process, from business requirements and data sourcing to production scoring.
• Drive data-driven solutions for complex banking problems using statistical and algorithmic techniques.
• Conduct large-scale experimentation and research on advanced machine learning and deep learning.
• Manage and prioritize analytical projects based on business value and technology readiness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science.
• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• Experience using SAS.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud ML platforms like SageMaker.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services.
