Description

Lead data science and machine learning projects, driving model development, optimization, and evaluation from concept to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support ML initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data and ML pipelines using MLOps principles for efficient, repeatable workflows.
• Implement and monitor evaluation metrics for machine learning models in production.
• Collaborate with engineers and other data scientists to deliver projects and document technical progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, supervised, and unsupervised learning tasks.
• Deep understanding of NLP and Large Language Model (LLM) landscapes, including open and closed source models.
• Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to use AI coding agents and strong logical reasoning abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Track record of getting ML models into production.
• Experience building chatbots or working with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or BERT.
