Description

You will lead data science engagements from problem definition through solution design, development, and deployment within large-scale government programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, including detailed architecture, design, and deployment planning.
• Lead business process workshops and conduct Fit/GAP analysis to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Engage senior business and IT stakeholders to demonstrate thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
• Manage release governance processes and utilize incident management tools in highly regulated environments.
• Drive organizational initiatives and Center of Excellence (COE) efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Proficiency in AI solution implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience leading projects in highly regulated environments.
• Understanding of business processes, preferably in airlines or government sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience connecting with senior stakeholders in large government implementation programs.
