You will lead the design, deployment, and team management of advanced AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Design and deploy deep learning models focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Enforce software engineering best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.
• Track emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to project goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist capacity.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong foundation in deep learning techniques and tools.
• Experience managing data science or ML engineering teams.
• Applied knowledge in AI/ML projects, specifically utilizing NLP concepts.
• Proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions.
