Description

You will lead complex data science and advanced analytics projects across supply chain, finance, engineering, and defense domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex data science projects and guide less experienced team members through execution.
• Define and implement ingestion, preparation, curation, and governance for large, multi-faceted data sets.
• Develop data science models and algorithms using disciplined software development processes and version control.
• Transfer proof-of-concept models and data pipelines into production by supporting CI/CD and MLOps activities.
• Develop guidelines and standards for analytics and machine learning models and their deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience applying data science and advanced analytic methods.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model development.
• Practical experience with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Proven track record of successfully leading data science projects to production.
• Experience in aerospace or related industries.
• Ability to lead team interactions and resolve technical issues through collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and SAP data.
• Knowledge of GenAI, optimization, and statistics.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and managing work in Jira.
