Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced data science initiatives to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical analytics and reporting requirements.
• Manage use case design and build teams, providing guidance on operationalizing models.
• Own the analytics solution portfolio, including model maintenance, improvements, and deployment.
• Define standards, best practices, and identify new technological opportunities for AI and ML.
• Supervise employees and manage project workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytical programming.
• Expertise in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong command of SQL for data processing.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Applied knowledge of machine learning, optimization, and cluster analysis.
• Experience working within cloud computing environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting, training, and retaining data science talent.
