You will lead the development and implementation of AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Develop, prototype, and iterate on AI models to meet specific business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored AI solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to support technical growth.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science or AI/ML roles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Flask API and Fast API.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with PyTorch, Transformers, OpenAI, and Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Experience deploying projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of building products using modern AI models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in direct client engagement.
• Prior experience in team leadership roles.
