Description

You will lead a team of data scientists to solve complex business problems through data-driven techniques.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning algorithms and data science models.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists to foster a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee end-to-end workflows including data collection, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
• Ensure the scalability and robustness of data science solutions within production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience working with Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Expertise in data visualization using Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical data science solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
