You will lead analytical initiatives by translating complex business problems into statistical and machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine algorithms and models to solve intricate business challenges.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses on vast datasets to drive informed decision-making.
• Understand client business contexts to unravel complex challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Consulting and Engineering teams to deliver analytical solutions.
• Lead high-stakes analytics engagements and translate findings for senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Data Science experience, focused on US Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Proven track record optimizing non-personalized, multi-channel, and Omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Expertise in foundational ML (Regression, Classification, Optimization) and statistical assumptions.
• Proficiency in writing modular, scalable, and bug-free Python.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with Big Data environments (Spark, Hive, Hadoop).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of Patient & Customer Journey mapping and media performance attribution.

Preferred Skills

• MLOps experience.
