Description

You will lead the development and deployment of predictive models, NLP systems, and generative AI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments, validate models, and implement robust evaluation frameworks.
• Apply advanced techniques including deep learning, transfer learning, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to deploy and monitor models in production environments.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
• Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and algorithm design.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying models into production.
• Leadership experience guiding teams and projects.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams.
