Description

You will lead enterprise data science and GenAI initiatives across Claims, Product, Risk, and Contact Centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation, discovery, and large multi-team projects using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Partner with business, engineering, product, vendors, and academia.
• Define scope, coordinate teams, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies and open-source tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Lead or Senior Data Scientist role.
• Strong proficiency in GenAI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Science leadership.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, MCP, LangFuse, and LiteLLM.
• Background in research and market awareness within AI.
